No, I think not. What an amazing song, which is now firmly entrenched in my head, and has as of tonight (October 26th, the Samhain concert) become my favorite Emerald Rose song. Doing a little online research (Like Willow Rosenburg, I am SO the NetGirl) I discovered that Urania's stone is the emerald, her flower the rose. Coincidence? I think not! Anyway. Looking forward to hearing from folks, I know I had an amazing time at the concert!

That one's Logan's baby, his head's gonna be all swole up like a pimple or somethin. I agree though actually...it's a good song. We'll have it on the next studio CD for sure. It's got a whole shiver-down-the-spine quality to it, especially when the descant is sung in the chorus.

I'm just annoyed that they changed keys on me so I have to use a more cantankerous pennywhistle. Anyway, Y'all just have to hang on a little longer, we've been working on our silly songs CD (see the world domination thread). But the arrangement is tightening up, and yes, it WILL be on our next studio CD. Normally we don't publish lyrics until we record the song, so we get 'em all off to copyright at once.
